Details: HFD responded to a working apartment fire in Southeast Houston. During firefighting operations one firefighter accidentally cut into a power source with a K12 saw resulting in an electrocution. EKG readings were normal. The firefighter was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital Priority 3. An additional firefighter was reported to be injured at this incident. Details on this firefighter’s injury are unknown at this time. The identities of the firefighters are currently unknown at this time.
