Suspect Arrested in Stabbing of Two Persons at 7500 Cullen Boulevard

Charges are pending against a suspect arrested in the stabbings of a woman and a man at 7500 Cullen Boulevard about 1:55 a.m. on Sunday (Aug. 13).

The suspect, Tyrone Jerrod Lewis (b/m, 38), is facing charges of two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The victims, Linda McGee, 52, and her son, Marcus McGee, 32, were transported to an area hospital in unknown conditions.

HPD Major Assaults Unit Detectives A. Williams and A. Hernandez reported:

Officers responded to a reported stabbing at a nightclub at the above address.  Upon arrival, they learned both victims and a male suspect (Lewis) had all been transported to an area hospital for treatment.  Ms. McGee suffered a stab wound to her left leg.  Her son, Mr. McGee, suffered multiple stab wounds to the back.  Lewis remains in custody at the hospital.
