Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man found at 2200 Pierce Street about 7:30 on Thursday (April 12).
The identity of the victim, 56, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeants H. Hay, S. Murdock and Detective T. Colbert reported:
HPD patrol officers were flagged down by HFD emergency personnel regarding a man found deceased at the above address, near a pillar of the Interstate Highway 45 overpass. No immediate signs of trauma were found on the man.
At this time, there are no indications of foul play.
