Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 3950 Hollister that occurred about 7 a.m. on Sunday (March 11).
The victim, Alexander Montoya, 40, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
HPD Homicide Division Officer D. Williamson reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a reported shooting at the above address. Upon arrival, they found Mr. Montoya suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Witnesses described seeing a Hispanic female and male walking away from the scene, eastbound on Pitner Street.
