HFD Assisted Two Burn Victims in Restaurant Fire

Crews responded to a reported fire at a restaurant. Two employees are reported hurt at El Rancho on Katy freeway Witnesses say there was an explosion in the kitchen. Both victims have burns. One more severe than the other. Both have been transported. There was no structural damage to building. The employees are both Hispanic women ages 45 and 40. Arson responded.
